Compsey Creamery Full Fat Cream Cheese is made using a classic cream cheese method. Cream cheese curd is separated from our freshly produced pasteurised cream, using a traditional cream cheese separator. The other ingredients are added for flavour, stability and shelf-life.
Compsey Creamery Full Fat Cream Cheese is made locally sourced using Irish milk from Bord Bia Quality Assured farms. It has no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no artificial flavours, no artificial colours and no gluten containing ingredients.
