Our Luxury Soft Cheese is made using a classic, traditional cream cheese method. Cream cheese curd is separated from our freshly produced pasteurised cream, using a traditional cream cheese separator. Then other ingredients are added to give Luxury Soft Cheese its spreadable texture.
Our Soft Cheese has no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no artificial flavours, no artificial colours and no gluten containing ingredients.
